Gifted underachievement is not a paradox or an oxymoron. It is a serious epidemic plaguing our country. Teachers, parents, and the school community as a whole must work together to intervene on the behalf of these children. They have the potential to make great contributions to our society. We cannot sit back complacently and allow their potential be wasted. I hope this site will be a place where we can share ideas on how to better help these children.
